This portable neck fan combines circulating airflow with direct-contact thermoelectric cooling for warm indoor and outdoor conditions. Two Peltier cooling plates rest near both sides of the neck and help lower the temperature at the skin-contact area when the cooling function is turned on.

Dual fans move air through multiple outlet channels around the neck. The bladeless construction has no exposed fan blades and helps reduce contact between hair and moving parts. Five adjustable speed settings let you select a gentle breeze for desk work or stronger airflow for commuting, travel, sports, camping and other outdoor activities.

The brushless motor system has a manufacturer-rated noise level of 36 dB(A) or lower. Actual sound may vary by speed and surroundings. The built-in LED display shows the selected speed and remaining battery status, while the button controls provide straightforward operation.

The built-in 2000mAh rechargeable battery provides approximately 6–8 hours of fan runtime on speed 1, 5–6 hours on speed 2, 4–5 hours on speed 3, 3–4 hours on speed 4 and 2–3 hours on speed 5.
